1. Service Agreement

By utilizing the services of AeroFlow Logistics, you agree to the terms outlined in your specific dispatch manifest. Transit times are estimates and subject to FAA, DOT, and local regulatory delays.

2. Cargo Liability

While we employ state-of-the-art cold-chain and RFID telemetry systems, liability for freight damage is limited to the terms specified in the individual bill of lading and applicable federal transportation laws.

3. Manifest Accuracy

Clients are solely responsible for providing accurate weight, dimensions, and temperature requirements. Failure to provide accurate specs may result in load refusal or additional fees.

4. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
